Ingredients

• 1 (18.25 oz) pkg pillsbury moist supreme lemon premium cake mix
• 1/3 c vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 2-3 T lemon juice
• yellow colored sugar (bigger crystals)

Directions

1. heat oven to 375

2. combine cake mix, oil and eggs in bowl

3. stir w/ spoon until thoroughly moistened

4. shape dough into 1 inch balls

5. place sugar in a shallow bowl

6. dip bottom of glass into water and then into the sugar and then flatten cookies to 1/4 inch thickness

7. bake for 5-7 min or until edges are brown

8. cool 1 min then remove from cookie sheets

9. in small bowl, combine powd sugar and lemon juice until smooth

10. drizzle over cookies and sprinkle with colored sugar before icing sets
