Ingredients
- 1 8oz block mozzarella cheese
- 16 4 in genoa salami slices
- 1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
- 1 pt grape or cherry tomatoes
- 16 wooden skewers
- 1 bottle of balsamic vinagarette
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
Directions

cut cheese into 16 cubes

wrap salami slices around cheese cubes

thread cubes, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes alternately on the skewers

place skewers in a large plastic container or baking dish

stir together dressing and lemon juice and poor over skewers

chill for 8 hours

remove from marinade before serving
