Crockpot Roast

Ingredients

  • Beef roast
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Any cut of meat will work. Use the size that fits your crockpot.

  2. Sprinkle dry soup mix over roast. Add undiluted soup. If roast is frozen, cook 12 to 24 hours. If roast is not frozen, cook 8 to 16 hours.

  3. If roast fills the crockpot less than halfway, cover the top of the crockpot with a sheet of heavy duty foil before putting on the lid. Shape the foil around the crockpot to help seal in moisture.
