Lassi

Lassi is cool and refreshing, lighter than yogurt, and loaded with digestion-friendly lactobacilli.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cool (not iced) water
- 1/3 cup fresh organic yogurt
- (homemade is best)
- Pinch of ground ginger
- Pinch of roasted, ground cumin
- Pinch of ground coriander
- Pinch of salt
Directions

Blend all the ingredients for 1 minute in a blender. Drink during or after a meal.
