Lassi

Lassi is cool and refreshing, lighter than yogurt, and loaded with digestion-friendly lactobacilli.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cool (not iced) water
  • 1/3 cup fresh organic yogurt
  • (homemade is best)
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of roasted, ground cumin
  • Pinch of ground coriander
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for 1 minute in a blender. Drink during or after a meal.
