Cheesy Potatoes

family favorite, yummy & easy

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 90 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Velveeta
  • 4 oz. cubed or shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 24-30 oz. shredded hash browns - best are Ore-Ida

Directions

  1. Melt together first 4 ingredients, stir until smooth sauce.

  2. Pour over hash browns in square dish.

  3. Bake at 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours (stir after 15 minutes to mix well) Cover toward end if top is getting too brown.
