Ricotta-Raspberry Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 TBS whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
Directions

Mix ingredients and fold in raspberries

cook each pancake 2-3 mins on each side.
