Ingredients
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 (4 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie stick margarine
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish or pie plate, stir well.

Brush mustard over both sides of chicken, dredge in breadcrumbs mixture.

Heat oil and margarine in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
