Chicken, Rice and Stuffing Cassarole

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup reserved chicken broth
- 1/2 a package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

Boil chicken. Cute into bite-sized pieces.

Retain chicken broth.

Cover bottom of 9×13 with rice.

Pour broth over rice.

Place chicken on top of rice.

Combine soups with milk and pour over chicken and rice.

Melt margarine and combine with stuffing mix; add to top of cassarole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
