grands breakfast brulees

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 t ground nutmeg
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 can grands flaky layers biscuits
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 3 T butter, melted

Directions

  1. heat oven to 375

  2. spray 8 ramekins or custard cups with cooking spray

  3. place on cookie sheet that has sides

  4. in med bowl, beat eggs, cream, nutmeg and yogurt with electric mixer on med speed until well blended

  5. separate dough into 8 biscuits

  6. separate each evenly into 2 layers, making 16 dough rounds

  7. place sugar in shallow dish

  8. brush both sides of each dough round with melted butter

  9. coat both sides with sugar

  10. place 1 dough round in bottom of each ramekin

  11. oon 1.4 c yogurt mixture over dough round in each ramekin

  12. top with remaining dough rounds

  13. bake 20-26 min or until tops are deep golden brown

  14. cool 15 min before serving
