corn bread griddle cakes

Ingredients
- 2 c self rising cornmeal
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/3 c butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 t ground red pepper
Directions

stir together all ingredients, just until moist

pour 2 T batter onto a hot, greased griddle

cook cakes 2-5 min or until edges looked cooked and dry then flip to other side
