Quick Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 thinly sliced top round sandwich steaks
  • 8-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2-cup canned low sodium beef broth
  • 3-tbsp salt free mesquite grilling blend
  • 2-tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4-tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 steak sandwich rolls

Directions

  1. Mix tomato sauce, broth, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and 1 tbsp of the grilling blend. Drop in steaks and alow to marinate in fridge.

  2. Take steaks out of marinade and alow to become room temperature. Press in remaining grilling blend. Cut pepers and onions into strips and bast with marinade.

  3. Grill the steaks (only until outside is no longer pink, 2-3 min), onions and peppers at med heat.

  4. Cut steak and vegis into fine strips.

  5. Boil marinade over high heat for 2 minutes.

  6. For each sandwich, slop some meat, veggies, and sauce onto a roll
