Grilled Fish with Pimenton Aioli

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 3 tsp pimenton
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lbs salmon filets or other fish filet
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- juice of 1/2 lemon and a little zest
Directions

Mix together 2 tsps of the garlic, salt, pepper, 2 tsp of the pimenton and olive oil. Brush on one side of fish. Place fish on aluminum foil and barbeque on one side until just done (don’t overcook).

Mix together mayonnaise, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp pimenton and lemon juice. Serve on the side with the fish.
