CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 3-4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 cup frozen lima beans
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
Directions

Rinse chicken. Pat dry. Place in slow cooker.

Add potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, lima beans, water, salt and pepper.

Pour cream of chicken soup over all.

Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
