Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 1 c crisco oil
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2/3 c water
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions

Combine all ingredients except flour and pecans in a mixer. When mixture is well blended, add flour and pecans.

ur batter into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1.25 hours. (Mini loaves will take less time.)
