Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 c sugar
  • 1 c crisco oil
  • 1 c canned pumpkin
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2/3 c water
  • 3 1/2 c flour
  • 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except flour and pecans in a mixer. When mixture is well blended, add flour and pecans.

  2. ur batter into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1.25 hours. (Mini loaves will take less time.)
