Ingredients
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 1/2 lb kirby cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c rice vinegar
Directions

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat, and cool.

Place the cucumbers in a glass or stainless steel container, and pour the sugar syrup and vinegar over them. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain just before serving.
