Turkey Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • Leftover cubed turkey
  • 1 1/2-cans green chiles
  • 1-can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-can cream of chicken soup
  • milk
  • flour tortillas
  • velvetta
  • shredded chedder cheese

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix turkey chunks and green chiles.

  2. In seperate bowls mix cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, and milk to make sauce.

  3. Pour 3/4 of soup mixture in with turkey.

  4. Take a 9X13 pan and pour 1/2 of the leftover soup mix into bottom.

  5. Take flour tortillas and fill with turkey mixture and velvetta chunks. Roll and place in pan.

  6. Take the last of the soup mixture, velvetta, shredded cheese and chiles and coat the top of the tortillas.

  7. Cover with foil. and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
