Crunchy Lemon-Pepper Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (1 lb) frozen cauliflower nuggets, carrots and pea pods
  • 1 1/4 cups Country® Corn Flakes cereal, coarsely crushed (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Directions

  1. Cook frozen vegetables as directed on package; drain well.

  2. Just before serving, in small bowl, mix crushed cereal, butter and lemon-pepper seasoning. Sprinkle over vegetables; stir to coat. Serve immediately.
