Ingredients

  • 8 leaf bibb lettuce
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 12 oz. water packed tuna fish, drained
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • Arnold Select 100% whole wheat sandwich thins.

Directions

  1. Mix all above together and serve on sandwich thins.
