Velveeta Mexican Dish

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1-1/2 cups chunky salsa
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 cups corn
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Directions

Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium heat until cooked through. Dain if needed.

Add 1-1/2 cups salsa and 2 cups water.

Brng to boil and stir in macaroni.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover with tight-fitting lid.

Simmer 10-12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Add cut-up Velveeta and frozen corn and cumin.

Cook until Velveeta is completely melted and vegetables are heated through. Stir frequently.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
