Bourbon Ribs – Grilled

Ingredients
- 4 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1Tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1tsp onion powder
- 3/4c soy sauce
- 1/2c bourbon
- 1/2c honey
- 3Tbsp ketchup
- 3Tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions

Boil a pot of water, add ribs and simmer for 15 minutes (this tenderizes and removes excess fat).

Remove ribs and alow to cool. Combine all ingredients, and ribs into a bowl and alow to marinade for 15 minutes.

Grill over medium-low flame, basting and turning every 5 minutes until cooked (20-30 minutes)
