Bourbon Ribs – Grilled

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1Tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 3/4c soy sauce
  • 1/2c bourbon
  • 1/2c honey
  • 3Tbsp ketchup
  • 3Tbsp. cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Boil a pot of water, add ribs and simmer for 15 minutes (this tenderizes and removes excess fat).

  2. Remove ribs and alow to cool. Combine all ingredients, and ribs into a bowl and alow to marinade for 15 minutes.

  3. Grill over medium-low flame, basting and turning every 5 minutes until cooked (20-30 minutes)
