Chicken Casserole

MUST DO AHEAD AND VERY YUMMY! Refrigerate overnight.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, browned a little
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Duke's mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs, hardboiled and sliced
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Directions

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and put in a 2 quart greased casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Before cooking, put buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
