Crunchy Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans
- (15.25 ounces) yellow whole-kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans (11 ounces) white whole-kernel corn, drained
- 2 medium cucumbers, seeded and chopped
- 3 plum tomatoes or 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

In a large bowl combine yellow corn, white corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, and green onions.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic, pepper and salt. Add to corn mixture; gently toss to combine.

Cover and chill 1 to 3 hours.

Toss again before serving.
