Dosai Hittu

Ingredients
- 3 cups raw rice
- 1 cup urad dhal
- 1 TBSP methi
- 1 TBSP toor dhal
- 1 TBSP moong dhal
- 1TBSP besan powder
Directions

Soak the rice, urad dhal, methi, toor dhal, and moong dhal in water for 2-3 hours.

Blend well.

Add the besan powder, and blend again.

Let it ferment in warm place for 10-12 hours.

Add salt to taste.

You are ready to make dosai!
