Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 (24 oz) jar tomato & basil sauce
- 1 box (12 oz) dry pasta
Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into 3/4 inch crumbles and stirring occasionally until no longer pink. Remove drippings.

Stir in wine and pasta sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes.

Top pasta with beef and sauce mixture.

Garnish with cheese and fresh basil.
