Ingredients
- 1 - 1/2 C Splenda
- 1 C. Hersheys Cocoa
- 1 T. decaf coffee crystals
- pinch of salt
- 1 C. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

Mix everything except vanilla in a small pot. Mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat while stirring. Cook for 1 minute. Pour contents into a container and let cool. When chilled add vanilla.
