Jell-O Poke Cake

Great for Spring and Summer. Birthdays, Easter, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July.

Ingredients
- 1 box Jell-O (strawberry or lime is best)
- 3/4 Cup boiling water
- 1/2 Cup cold water
- White Box Cake (Baked & Cooled)
- Cool Whip
Directions

Bake and cool white box cake in 9×13 pan. Poke holes in top of cake with knife or tooth pick every 1/2 inch.

Disolve box of Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water and mix. Pour over white cake.

Refrigerate a few hours.

Frost with cool whip and serve.
