7 Minute Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 Tab. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler

  2. Beat 1 minute

  3. Place over boiling water and beat 7 minutes

  4. Remove from heat

  5. Continue beating until cool and thick enough to hold firm swirls.
