Ingredients
- 110g brown sugar
- 375ml orange juice
- 185ml pureed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- chicken pieces

Oven preheated to 160C

Put first 5 ingredients into a pot and bring to the boil, simmer 5 minutes.

Place chicken in a single layer in a raosting dish and pour over the sauce.

Bake 2-21/2 hours; basting a turning chicken durning this time.
