Ingredients
- 7 quarts popped corn
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c margarine
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

Place corn in a shallow baking pan.

Preheat ove to 12oC.

Combine sugar, syrup, margarine and salt in a pot, bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat and add soda and vanilla.

Pour over the popcorn immediately.

Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15minutes.

Turn the cook popcorn onto waxed paper and separate into pieces.

Allow to cool before storing in airtight containers.
