Raisin Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 100 g butter
  • 200g dark cooking chocolate
  • 1/2 c caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c flour
  • icing sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter, choxo;ate, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan oer medium hunt.

  2. Add eggs, flour and raisins and stir to combine.

  3. Pour into a greased and lined lamington tin and bake 25 minutes in a moderate oven (160-180C).

  4. Cool in tin; dust with icing sugar.
