Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 250 g grated tasty cheese
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 tbsp celery seeds
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Beat butter until light and creamy. Stir in cheese, flour, seeds and pepper.

  2. Knead on a lightly floured surface and shape into 2x 20cm logs. Wrap in pastic and refridgerate for at least 20 minutes.

  3. Oven 180C

  4. Slice into 5 mm thick ronds and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to rest on the oven tray for 1-2 minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
