Ingredients
- 225g butter
- 200g sugar
- orange zest
- 1 egg
- 140g grated carrots
- 335g four
- 9 g baking powder
- 1 g salt
- 1 g cinnamon
Directions

Oven 190C

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and orange zest- stir.

Sift flour, salt, BP and cinnamon. Add to the butter mixture alternately with carrots.

Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased baking tray- they will spread during cooking

Bake 12 minutes ntil lightly browned.
