Date, Pecan and Seasmae Bars

Ingredients

  • 100ml sunflower oil
  • 3/4 c honey
  • 3 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 1/2 c sesame seeds
  • 1 c dried pitted dates
  • 2/3 c pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Oven 150C

  2. Ge=rease and line a 2333 cm tin, leaving papaer hanging over the edge.

  3. Place oil and honey in a small pot over low heat, stir until honey is dissolved.

  4. Place dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add honey mixture and combine well.

  5. Using slightly damp hhands press mixture firmly in tin.

  6. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
