- 120g spreadable cream cheese
- 1/2 c low fat ricotta
- juice 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 c chopped mixed herbs (Eg chives, thyme, oregano)
- 1/2 c chopped parlsey

Mix xream cheese, ricotta and lemon juice until smooth.

Stir in hebs and season to taste.
