Ingredients
- 1/2 c cashews
- 2 bananas
- squeeze lemon
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c small rolled oats
- 1/2 c coconut
- 1 apple, grated

Oven 190C

Roughly grind cashews in food processor. Add bananas, lemon zest, oil and vanilla. Puree.

Add remaining ingredients. Pulse to combine. Pour into tin, spread evenly.

Bake 20 minutes, until golden on top and firm to touch.

Cool in tin and cut into fingers/ squares.
