Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 c icing sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c flour
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 can condensed milk
- 3/4 c lemon juice

Oven 350F

Buttter and line a aquare baking pan

Crust: Cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix on low until just combined. Press dough into the bottom and up sides of the tin. Prink all over with a fork. Bake until golden (15-20 minutes).

Filling: Whisk yolks, condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over hot crust and return to the oven and bake until filling is set (25-30 minutes)

Cool in pan.

Refridgerate until filling is firm.

Cut into 16 squares, dust with icing sugar.
