Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp mexican chilli powder
- 125g sour cream
- 120g grated cheddar
- 1 tbsp drained sliced jalapeno chillies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, finelt chopped
- 1 bunch radishes, quartered
Directions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the shallots anad garlic and cook for 1 minute or until shallots soften slightly.

Add the chilli powder and cook, stirring for 30 seconds or until aromatic.

Sir the sour sream into the shallot mixture. Add the cheddar and cook, stirrin, for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Stir in the jalapeno chilli and coriander.

Transfer to a heatproff serving bowwl and serve with radishes and corn chips.
