Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup water, warm
Directions

Bring starter to room temperature.

Add flour and water and mix well. Adjust until batter is the consistency of a light pancake batter.

Cover lightly and let proof until bubbly, about 8-12 hours.

Return leftover batter to refrigerator.
