Ingredients
- Pie shell
- 1/2 or more of frozen broccoli florets(chopped)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 finely chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch of black pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Bake pie shell for 5 minutes, remove from oven and set aside.

Reduce temp to 375

Prepare broccoli (steam) and chop

Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar over pie shell

Top with broccoli and onion

Beat eggs in a small bowl until blended

Stir in milk, salt and pepper

Pour over broccoli/onion

Sprinkle remaining cheese(parmesan)

Cover edge of pie shell with aluminum foil to keep from burning

Bake for 25 minutes.
