Ingredients
- Dough:
- 11/2 stick of butter
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup or more of milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- Cheese spread
- 1 cup of parmesan cheese
- one stick of butter
- whisk well until smooth
- spread on dough as below
Directions

Mix all the ingredients with your hand until you are able to roll it smoothly into a ball. Add more flour or milk as needed. It should not stick to your hands.

Divide into two balls and spread with a roller.

Spread the cheese spread in the center and roll it up like a cinamon roll.

Wrap it with wax paper and freeze overnight.

Take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes and then slice into thin cookie slices.

Bake in medium temperature, middle should turn brown , but not too dark.
