CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Double below for large 9×13 casserole

Ingredients

  • 4-6 c cooked chicken 2-3 big chicken breasts
  • 2 c cooked white rice
  • 2 c chopped celery
  • 1 can (7-8) oz sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 can undil crm of chicken soup
  • 1 c mayonnaise (do not use more)
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • slivered almonds to top

Directions

  1. Mix 1st 8 ingred together

  2. Top with sliverd almonds

  3. Bake 30-35 min at 350

  4. Can make a day ahead.
