Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened (not margarine)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 1/2 cup sweetened whipped cream
- pastry or oreo crust
Directions

In medium bowl, beat sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Beat in vanilla and chocolate.

Gradually beat in egg product on high speed or until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).

Pour into pie crust.

Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate curls.
