Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c white flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Whisk eggs, milk, butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Sift the flour, cinnamon and salt, add to the wet ingredients, stir until just combined. Set aside.

Butter a 10" cast iron skillet. Pour in the batter and top with fruit.

Bake 30 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
