Ingredients
- 1/2 c raisins
- 100g butter
- 200g dark cooking chocolate
- 1/2 c caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c flour
- icing sugar
Directions

Melt butter, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add eggs, flour and raisins and stir to combine.

Pour into a greasde and lined lamington tin and bake for 25 minutes in a moderate oven (160-180C).

Cool in tin.

Serve dusted with icing sugar.
