Ingredients
- 1/2 c flour
- 6 chicken thigh fillets, fat trimmed
- 2 tbsp oil
- Rice, to serve
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- Citrus Soy Dressing:
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
Directions

Coat chicken with flour, shake off excess.

Bake in oven until crispy and cooked through. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thickly.

Drizzle with soy citrus dressing.
