Pecan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon filet (cut into 2 pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Pecan Fish Topping (from Central Market)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray baking sheet with vegetable spray. Place fish onto prepared baking sheet. drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, brown sugar and pecan topping.

Bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, depending upon thickness of fillet (10 mins for each 1" of thickness). When fish is cooked through and breadcrumbs are nicely browned, remove from oven and serve immediately.
