Ingredients
- lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 small carton cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2-3 T parsley
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 15 1/2 oz. can tomato saucee
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 3/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

own ground beef. Add wine, simmer uncovered until wine is gone. Add spices, sugar, tomato sauce, tomate paste and enough water til desired consistency. Simmer covered fo 1/2 hour. Mix all the cheese together with the egg. Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water. Layer lasagna, sauce, cheese mixture, repeat. Bake at 350.
