Easy Empanada Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 (8 ounce) cans of crescent dinner rolls
- 4 ounces shredded Colby cheese
Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Cook ground beef in a skillet till browned

Stir in water and taco seasoning.

Cook 3 minutes.

Separate crescent dinner rolls into 16 triangles.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of meat on each of 8 triangles.

Top with 2 tablespoons of cheese

Put the 8 triangles on top of the filled triangles.

Place on ungreased cookie sheets
-
Bake for 15 minutes.
