Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Onions, minced

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide in 15 portions and roll into balls. Flatten the balls with the palm of your hand or back of a spatula.

Fire up your grill, (or inside grill pan) and cook burgers around 5 minutes, until juices run clear.

Toast burger buns. Serve with sour cream and favorite toppings.
