Beef Stroganoff Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Onions, minced
  • Mini Bread Buns, any kind you prefer
  • Sour Cream, for topping
  • Onions, Mushrooms, Lettuce, optional

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide in 15 portions and roll into balls. Flatten the balls with the palm of your hand or back of a spatula.

  2. Fire up your grill, (or inside grill pan) and cook burgers around 5 minutes, until juices run clear.

  3. Toast burger buns. Serve with sour cream and favorite toppings.
